Hi there Big Guy….today you are 5 years old. Here’s one of the last photos I have of you. I’m sure you are much taller now and growing up fast. I’ll try calling you today. So,,, Happy Birthday…

Well… I was hoping you would call me, but I guess your mom has got you kinda mixed up and under her control. I know the last time I talked with you Cierra on Feb. 13 you said some things that didn’t make sense and I know it’s because your mother tells you to say those kinds of things.

Anyways, I Love you both very much and think about you all the time.

I’m still working on trying to get everything worked out so we can see each other and freely talk to each other…without your mothers interference and all the rest she does. That won’t be easy and we’ll probably never stop it completely…But I want to be able to see you both as we use to before you moved away.

And here’s a photo of your dad’s new watch….so I can tell the time when we’ll see each other again.

I was very happy that we got to talk the other day. I wish I could talk to you and Dustin more often.

It was nice to learn that you are in the first grade and learning a lot. You told me the name of your school was “Sierra Vista Elementary”, but when I tried to find that school in Riverside County, I was told that you did not go to any of those schools. Any ways, I was hoping to send you something for Valentin’s Day to your school for you, but I still don’t know were to send it.

Anyways, I’m sure your mom could explain the miss understanding but she won’t.[or your mom could just follow court orders]

So, when I see you guys next, I guess we will be spending a lot of our time together opening many presents I have bought you since the last time I saw you. That will be a lot of fun…….

I Love You Both and Think About you Both All the time…

Today I want to write to you about some bad news and some good news.

Your mother (and Joe Joe) have not let me talk to you this past week. I know you both must be very confused and wondering what’s going on. Maybe when you both get older you’ll understand more about all this. But for now, I just want to say that I’ll keep trying to talk to you and see you because I love you both so much.

I think about you all the time and say many prays each day that this bad situation will soon be corrected. And, I’ve written a few letters to Mr. Brown, your mothers attorney. Which really means that nothing will happen until I talk to a Judge about this ….. again.

So now the good news. Last week some people (the Jury) listened to all the stories that some other people were telling them about that night we went to the movies on August 4, 2007. And, it seems that enough people agreed that I (your dad) didn’t do what some people said I did. So, the Judge dismissed those charges which is very good news and win for “Truth & Justice”.

And, I sure hope you both have good memories, because you both were there on that night and saw what really happened. So, when you get older and ask your dad about why he got in so much trouble that night (which I know your mother has already talked to you about…but she was not there) we’ll be able to have a honest and truthful heart to heart talk about the whole story.

But, for now, I just want you to know…I love you and miss you both very much.

I was happy to here from you finally. I’ve tried calling Joe Joe a number of times since I wasn’t able to get through to you on your new phone all last week, but he wouldn’t return my calls either. I think I should be able to talk with you both

most any day and It seems that your mom is going to make that difficult, which is too bad… but, no surprise. Anyways, just another “item” to add to the list of things to talk to the Judge about next time in court.

I’ll keep trying to call you both most every day and just hope for the best for now….Talk to you soon.

It was so great to finally talk with both of you today.

Cierra’s & Dustin’s new cell phone.

Hi Cierra and Dustin. I just sent off a new cell phone for you today. And it’s already to Go. I had to send it to your mom’s Attorney first {?} and then they will send your new phone to you {I hope and pray} . And, I spoke with Joe Joe just the other day and he has promised me that I will be able to call you and talk with you when you get your new phone.

Let’s see? and I sure hope so.

Hi guys…and Happy New Year! I know last night I was very mad that I was not able to talk with you on the phone or see you again. I just tried to call you again now, but it looks like Joe Joe and your mother still won’t let me talk with you. (and yes that makes me very mad)

Anyway, we have a New Year to look forward to and many great memories from last year. We did a lot of fun things last year and we learned a lot too. Remember when we…

• learned how to do big Puzzles
• learned how to ride your bikes
• learned how to swim
• learned how to Ice Skate very fast
• and Dustin learned how to Ice Skate slow,,,and throw snow balls
• and Dustin had a great birthday Party!
• learned how to shoot a Bow & Arrow
• learned to play Bingo (and Cierra always won)
• learned how to take more Photographs
• Caught a lot of fish (big red snappers)
• Caught a lot of big and small crabs
• went to the Ventura Aquarium often
• went on Boats rides way out in the Ocean
• learned how to slide down the rope slide
• learned how to “Boggi” board
• learned how to sing songs (like “silent nite”)
• went to church
• learned to sleep in your own Bed
• learned how to cook
• learned how to do some “chores”
• learned to eat some “healthy” food (like scrambled Egg Sandwichs)
• learned not to be afraid of the dark
• and we went to the Movies and saw Harry Potter

Do you remember all of these thing we did?? and wasn’t it really Great!
